Thesis Title: Drug Assisted Sexualised Assault in the UK: A Feminist, Discursive - Narrative Exploration of the Experiences of Women and Professionals

Currently writing up papers from PhD thesis.
PhD had two main foci: 1) Explored discourses relating to men's use of drugs to facilitate the sexualised assault of women. 2) Narrative analysis used to explore women's accounts of seeking to move on and regain control over their lives after being subjected to drug assisted sexualised assault.
Research Interests: Includes women and children's experiences of disempowerment, the psychology of women, gendered violence, the use of multi methods in feminist research.
